Community Standards
These standards set out what is and isn’t allowed on LinkScale to keep our community safe, lawful, and respectful.
Effective Date: 08/01/2025 (August 1st, 2025)
1. Purpose & Scope
LinkScale provides tools to create landing pages, redirect links, and analytics. These Community Standards apply to all content, links, and landing pages created or shared via LinkScale. They complement our Terms & Conditions and are designed to keep users safe and compliant.
2. Safety & Prohibited Content
- Illegal activities: Any content or activity that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
- Violence and extremism: Promotion of violence, terrorist or extremist content is not allowed.
- Hate speech and harassment: Content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, or targeted harassment and threats, is not allowed.
- Child safety: Any sexualization of minors or child sexual exploitation is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- Sexual content: Explicit sexual content must not involve minors or non-consensual acts; pornographic content may require labeling and must follow local laws.
- Fraud and scams: Deceptive practices, impersonation, pyramid schemes, or financial scams are prohibited.
- Malware and security abuse: Phishing, malware distribution, credential harvesting, or security exploitation is not allowed.
- Privacy violations: Doxxing, sharing personal data without consent, or unlawful surveillance tools are prohibited.
- Intellectual property: Infringing content (copyright, trademark) is not allowed; honor takedown requests.
- Regulated goods and services: Advertising or sale of illegal or highly regulated items must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
- Self-harm: Content that promotes or instructs self-harm is not allowed; supportive or recovery resources are permitted.
3. Spam & Platform Integrity
- Do not use automated systems to create mass accounts, links, or interactions.
- No link cloaking to mislead recipients about a destination.
- No artificial engagement, distribution manipulation, or analytics tampering.
4. Links, Redirects & External Distribution
You are responsible for where your links lead and how you share them outside LinkScale. We do not control off-platform distribution, and liability for external misuse rests with you.
5. Sensitive Content & Labeling
Label content that could be sensitive or age-restricted where applicable and follow local requirements. We may apply warnings or restrict access where needed.
6. Enforcement
- We may remove content, disable links, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts at our discretion.
- We may preserve and share information with competent authorities where legally required.
- Actions may be taken regardless of intent where harm or risk exists.

8. Creator Responsibilities
Ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and these Standards. Maintain accurate descriptions and avoid misleading claims.
9. Jurisdictional Compliance
Where local laws impose stricter requirements, those rules apply in addition to these Standards.
10. Updates
We may update these Community Standards from time to time. Continued use of LinkScale constitutes acceptance of the updated Standards.
